My kids are a little older so I looked at a lot of mat options for their room. In the end I settled on this since it's a reasonable price point, easily cleanable, still fun and colourful, but not babyish. It looks exactly like it does in the picture and I love the Australian theme as well. As suggested on this website, I rolled it inside out for a night before unrolling and it worked perfectly. I'm happy with my choice and the kids love it. Having bought a mat in a similar material when they were born, I know it will last well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic play mat. Plenty of room to have both of us and bub at the same time. Nice and thick so easy on the knees, looks great on the reverse side for the living area and such a cute print for the nursery for later on. Quick delivery too.

We’ve had our playmat for a few weeks now and love it! It’s so good for tummy time for my 5 month old and he can roll around without getting hurt.
My toddler loves driving his cars along the playmat roads too.

Fits in the living room perfectly. Love the gender neutral aesthetic and australiana. Quality is superb and really comfy. Switched from a muscle mat to this as it’s much easier to clean and cooler for the North Queensland summer. So happy with our purchase. Only con is I keep thinking the echidna is a dog poo 😂

Worth the investment, I got this to replace my small baby mat which bub outgrew as soon as she could roll. A lot more comfortable for me too - knee saver! It's one of the super soft ones, I had a look at some that were a lot firmer but I think the cushioning from this one is nicer.

Really happy with this playmat. I've just done my kitchen so I didn't want anything garish, and both sides of this mat blend in nicely. I did look at a few options, but most "stylish" playmats didn't look very inviting for my baby, this is best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with this playmat. The floral side looks very elegant although to be honest I often just leave it with the animal side facing up once I've packed up, the colours and design are lovely.
The mat feels really thick, it's on our hardfloor and it's so nice having somewhere comfortable to sit when we're playing. When the mat first arrived, the end curled up a little bit but I rolled the opposite way as suggested and left over night and now it's flat.
Might buy one for my baby's bedroom too!

This mat is gorgeous and so soft, we are doing so much more tummy time!
